This Is Who We Are
MISSION STATEMENT: We, the youth of the North Shore covenant with God to see His redeeming purposes established in Salem.
We set our lives and meetings apart to pray and intercede for an awakening to take place in the youth of our region.
Our purpose is found in laying down our lives and agendas at the feet of Jesus, taking up His burden for our generation.
We are a group, that through prayer, fasting, intense worship and praise will contend with the spirits in the land for the future and destiny of the youth of the region.Our main purpose is to glorify Christ and be completely freed from the powers that control that which we are called to loose. We contend for an revival so that the youth of this region can have a true and life changing encounter with the fullness of redemption that is found in Jesus Christ.

I love the live that says we are radical no matter what day of the week it might be. Its not some prep-rally, there is no false hype here, its about a lifestyle in which we are desperately dependent on God-seeing it is all about Him and losing ourselves in that reality.
i agree with danny, i think consistency in our passion is the main thing that God is requiring of us. Although i've found that i need to re-define what being "passionate" looks like, because i used to have this unrealistic vision of it being like a revival holy ghost service 24-7, but that isn't real life.
My parents are passionate about each other, i am passionate about Joe, but it is not humanly possible to sustain prolongued periods of feeling "in-love". My parents don't act giddy and goofy about each other like we all do when we first fall in love... yet my dad says that he loves my mom today more than he did when they were first married... i think that's awesome and that's what i want my relationship with God to look like...
